Special Meals

If you have special dietary requirements, you can let us know in advance and we will endeavour to provide you with a suitable meal. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for all special meal requests. Unfortunately, variations of the meal request cannot be accepted; also, requests for specific items such as lobster, steak, caviar, fruit plate made for personal preference cannot be accepted

If you are booking through a travel agent be sure to get a copy of your reservation details confirming that a special meal has been requested. We also recommend that you re-confirm your request the day prior to your departure and also when checking-in for your flight.

You can order a special meal while booking and buying your ticket at Zambezi Airlines ticket offices, the airline's representative offices or travel agencies.


Meals and religion

Due to the local conditions it is not possible for us to provide special religious meals on our flights.

Notice for peanut allergy sufferers

Zambezi Airlines may serve peanuts within aircraft meals and as part of the snack service on board and other food served on board may contain traces of peanuts.
