If you have an e-ticket you should proceed directly to the check-in desk and present your confirmation / booking reference together with your passport.

For International flights airport check-in desks open three hours prior to scheduled departure. Early check-in is highly recommended. Check-in closes strictly 60 minutes before the scheduled time of departure. Your reservation may be cancelled if you fail to check in on time and you may have to buy a new ticket and pay for hotel accommodation if there is no alternative same day connection.

Choosing your seat

Seats are allocated at the check-in desk but are subject to change depending on operational and other reasons. We will do our best to ensure that families are seated together but this cannot be guaranteed
