Credit Card Payments

Zambezi Airlines accepts both Visa and Mastercard for online sales and uses the most advanced online security system, 3D- Secure. During the online booking process you will be connected to your card issuer's website and required to enter your 'Verify By Visa' or 'Mastercard Securecode' password. If your card issuer bank does not participate in or you are not enrolled in 'Verify by Visa' or 'Mastercard Securecode' your card payment will not be authorised. You should contact your card issuer bank (or visit their website) and enrole in their security programme before making a booking.

On Line booking with off-line Payment by credit card

If for any reason your online credit card booking is Declined you may use the off-line manual authorisation process.

1. Make an online booking and choose the 'Pay Later' option (flight date must be at least 5 days in the future)
2. Download the 'Credit Card Authorisation Form'
3. Complete it fully and either scan or fax to Zambezi Airlines to be recieved within 48 hours of making the booking. Bookings made with 'Pay Later'option are automatically cancelled after 48 hours.

Cash Payments-On Line Bookings

If you are a resident of Kenya, Malawi,South Africa,Tanzania, Zambia or Zimbabwe  and you are making a booking more than 5 days before your travel date you can choose the 'PAY LATER' option. You must make payment for the reservation within 48 hours or the reservation will be automatically cancelled and you will have to start the booking from the beginning and pay the applicable fare. Payment can be made by visiting any Zambezi Airlines office in Kenya,Malawi, South Africa, Tanzania, Zambia or Zimbabwe. Note: Cash payment only in Zimbabwe; subject to Ticket Service fee of USD 30 per ticket.

If you book through a travel agent you will be required to make full payment in order to confirm your booking and receive an e-Ticket.
